Summer Holiday!

10 Aug

This week we are staying near Hastings and having a classic, old school British seaside holiday.  We’ve poked anenomes,  eaten fish and chips, paddled in the sea and been on mildly thrilling fairground rides.  You can’t ask for much more.  We’ve even had the odd sparkle of sunshine bouncing off the waves.

PS I’m quite impressed that I’ve managed to pull off the whole netbook, Flip, vlogging away from home malarky.  This means that you can expect plenty more of these creations from considerably more exotic locations in the near future…

It’s really easy, if you can set up a blog, you can use a Flip.

What on earth is that music – it’s now going through my had all the time PMSL!

I love the “running with kite and drinking juice” moment – like wanting to cram it all in and not miss a second by sitting down.

    Great stuff Vic x

It comes with the editing software. They provide six tracks, each one a doozy. I’ve never been stuck for one to choose!

Absolutely delightful Victoria! Love it…you are very good at this. I’m sorry that Just Vlog It is falling on your holiday…you should have said! I’ll do my best to promote tomorrow as much as possible but I think Just Vlog It might be fading into the ether soon…it’s a lot of work. Thanks for doing this though…you’re a real star! 😉

Brilliant, just brilliant! There is nothing better than a bare bum on a British beach. Also something very cineaste about the whole thing – who are your influences?

And was that Steve? Swimming? In the sea? That man is hard as nails….

    • itsasmallworldafterallfamily 16/08/2010 at 8:23 am #

Steve always swims in the sea, wherever we are, including N Yorkshire. He is entirely mad. He persuaded me to swim last week. It wasn’t actually that cold. It was rather lovely.
